Order Processing

At trendget Store, your order receives our immediate attention once it is received. Orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day whenever possible. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress at any time.

We provide multiple shipping speeds within the United States so you can choose the option that best fits your needs. All delivery timeframes below begin once your order has left our warehouse.

International Shipping

trendget Store is pleased to serve customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. Orders shipped internationally usually arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that any duties, customs charges, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

Order Tracking

We are dedicated to keeping you informed at every stage. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is on its way. Should you not see any tracking updates within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate promptly.

Address Changes

If your shipping address needs to be corrected, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate requests received after that time, but once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.
